Trade-operator newsletter

One workflow, one issue, every other Tuesday.

What you get

One workflow, one issue, every other Tuesday morning.

Bi-weekly, in your inbox before 7 a.m. local — one workflow a small builder or specialist trade is running, the operator voice behind it, and the market timing that makes the next quote land in two days instead of four. No promo, no podcast recap, no SaaS roundup. Reply to any issue and a human reads it.

  • Footer note on every issue — the workflow, the operator, the timing — so each email is readable in two minutes.
  • Reply within two working days. From punchlist-studio@polsia.app, in your voice, by a human who answers.
  • Unsubscribe in one click from any issue — no login, no preference center.

The signup

Save my seat for the first issue.

One email field, no name, no trade selector. The form persists into the same table the home-page pilot waitlist uses, so your address lands on the studio inbox exactly the way every other signup does.

Issue #01 · Tuesday

Quote turnaround: the four-day job that wins the next one.

Punchlist Studio ·

The four-day cycle

Day one the lead calls, day two you walk the job, day three the quote is on the truck seat waiting to be typed, day four it lands. The window between day three and day four is the one that converts — and the one most shops fill with paperwork instead of the next lead.

The follow-up cadence

A quote that goes out Tuesday gets a check-in Friday morning, a hold-over nudge next Wednesday, and a close-the-loop note the Monday after that. Three touches, two weeks, one answer. Anything past the second nudge and you are no longer quoting — you are chasing.

The deposit-anchor pattern

The quote that names the deposit in the same paragraph as the start date closes at roughly double the rate of the one that names it on page three. Anchor the money to the calendar up front, and the four-day cycle becomes a two-day cycle — without losing the margin.
